We worked with Hiscox Insurance on improving their reporting process by implementing a centralised reporting solution, conducting data engineering and cleansing to ensure data accuracy and consistency, developing business intelligence and data visualisation tools to aid decision-making, and implementing automation to reduce report creation time from one month to two hours.
As a result of our project we were able to reduce report creation time from one month to two hours. In addition Hiscox gained the ability to perform trend analysis and assess the profitability of insurance lines, leading to faster and more informed decision-making.
