My Story
I spent over 10 years in the corporate world, working with some of the biggest companies in the UK. I watched them pour millions into AI and automation projects that looked impressive in boardroom presentations but fell apart when they hit the real world. The technology was there, but it was implemented without understanding how people actually work.
Meanwhile, I saw small and medium-sized businesses - accountancy firms, financial advisers, legal practices - struggling with the same problems these corporate giants had. They were drowning in repetitive tasks, losing opportunities because they couldn't respond fast enough, and watching their teams burn out trying to keep up. But they couldn't afford the million-pound implementations that didn't work anyway.
